Tell us about your music career, your band name, musical background, experience and skills.

Go by the name League my middle name. Love basketball, I was suppose to go League, really had game. Life circumstances and not seeing eye to eye with a few coaches caused me to stop hooping and pursue music. I can rap, harmonize a little when I need to, & I just executive produced my sis Dreaded Cas project.

.

.

Tell us about your genre, concept and idea behind your music video and the song.

Mainly a hip hop/R&B type of feel in my music. “We the Catch” came about when Jay Kurzweil one of my producer played the beat in the studio. All the homies talk like we know we got it and we know we will be big places soon. Thus the “we are the catch”. Shorties think they are the ones to be caught, when in reality we are the ones that need to be chased lol.

.

Tell us everything that we need to know about you as a musician and the ups and downs you have faced in the music business.

Not too many ups and downs just yet. I have a home studio so I recorded whenever I feel and have time. Only struggle is finding more beats to write to or an engineer ready to work when I am.

.

.

.

Tell us about other members of your band, music producer, crew or music video director, how the song was recorded and how the music video was shot.

At the end of the day I want my music to speak to people and for them to have a real connection with it. I always loved music as a form of expression and it helps me get through the toughest of times. If I can in anyway help people through the words I came up with? That’s super dope.

.

.

.

Tell us how long you have been in the music industry, your experience and your future goal.

Been in the game about 2 years tho. No project. Just all SoundCloud singles. Got about 300,000 plays all together on my page with about 10 songs out.

.

.

.

Tell us what inspires you to write, compose and sing.

Everyday life experiences inspire to me write. And songs that make me feel some type of way.

.

.

.

Tell us the secret behind making a hit song.

Secret behind making a hit record ? Not sure because I don’t have that real hit record yet lol. I think I got some hits but the world just doesn’t know yet. I think a lot of it is timing.

.

.

.

Tell us the message you will like to pass to your fans out there.

I appreciate all the love I get from the blogs I’ve already built relationships with. And all of the fans that’s been keeping up with me over the past couple years. I’m really planning to be in the game for a while and giving a dope project. So anybody down to ride with me is squad to me.

.

.

Tell the kind of advice you will give to an upcoming artist.

My Advice to upcoming artists would be to stay yourselves most importantly. The game is very trendy at the moment and I notice a lot of artist trying to hop on a “wave” and make a sound similar to the next man. Just be yourself and create your own wave.

No awards or recognition yet. All that will come in time.
