Tell us about your music career, your band name, musical background, experience and skills.

I’ve produced or engineered for many upcoming artists. I just had my song “We Already Did” featured in the Bad Girls Club on March 17. I’m multi-talented, singer, songwriter, producer, engineer and video director.

.

.

.

Tell us about your genre, concept and idea behind your music video and the song.

I’m a Hip Hop, R&B, Rock hybrid. The idea behind Good Energy is simply that, I just want to have a good time. No need for drama, let’s just chill.

.

.

.

Tell us everything that we need to know about you as a musician and the ups and downs you have faced in the music business.

I’ve faced many ups and downs, mostly meeting snakes. I was signed to Concore for a publishing deal, never got paid. In fact somehow Grand-theft and Delaney got a hold of my song “Forever”, reproduced it and now it’s called “Easy Come, Easy Go.

.

.

.

Tell us about other members of your band, music producer, crew or music video director, how the song was recorded and how the music video was shot.

I am the producer, and director for my videos. I haven’t shot the Good Energy video yet, I will next week. But the song was recorded in my home studio, get a little Merlot and I’m off!

.

.

.

Tell us how long you have been in the music industry, your experience and your future goal.

I’ve been producing music over 10 years, I’ve met a lot of people, old school cats that are broke… So the future goal is simply to make a consistent living from my musical talents, in film, TV, and eventually venture into acting.

.

.

.

Tell us what inspires you to write, compose and sing.

Life inspires me to create my art. Everything I talk about is something I’ve experienced.

.

.

.

Tell us the secret behind making a hit song.

I think a hit song has many variables. First of all is it relatable? Then is it marketable, are people banging it? If that’s not happening, there’s no hit!

.

.

.

Tell us the message you will like to pass to your fans out there.

Follow your passion no matter where it takes you. No one knows your vision so you HAVE to follow it, good or bad…do YOU.

.

.

.

Tell the kind of advice you will give to an upcoming artist.

Don’t expect anybody else to finance YOUR dream. Invest into yourself first.

.

.

.

Elaborate on your music careers, albums, songs, tours, recognition or awards you might have obtained.

Well, I’m a new artist so no awards yet, but we are putting together a 10 city tour right now to promote Good Energy.

.

.

.

List Radio or TV Stations that are airing your songs and blogs that have featured you as well and send message to them via this platform.

I have features coming in Complex, All Hip Hop, This is 50, Vibe, and a few Spotify playlist placements as well.

.

.

.

Tell us how you write your lyrics, compose, sing and record in the studio.

I never write lyrics. Earlier in my career I did but the best ones like Lil Wayne, don’t write either, so I just put the headphones on and chase the song down, til it’s done.

.

.

.

Name five biggest artists that you like.

I like everybody that’s succeeded as an artist! But to narrow it down, J Cole, Weeknd, Drake, Lil Uzi and Young Thug.

.

.

.

Name the artists you have collaborated with before in your songs or artists you are willing to collaborate with in the future if you have the chance to do so.

I’d like to collaborate with Brandy…weird I know but yeah lol!

Tell us about your happiest day and saddest day.

Saddest day, hearing how long I was about to sit in the slammer…Happiest days are the births of my children.

.

.

.

Tell us how you will spend a million dollars.

I’d spend half a mil on marketing and promo for my next project, $250,000 I’d invest in non profit work, and that last 250 on Party and Bullshit! Nah just messing, gotta get real estate.
