Tell us about your genre, concept and idea behind your music video and the song.

My genre is hip hop/rap with a little experimental mixed in. This song happens to be a freestyle over the instrumental to “4:44” from the Jay-Z album of the same name. Me and the director wanted to do just a simple video that helps depict the rawness of the vocals.

Tell us everything that we need to know about you as a musician and the ups and downs you have faced in the music business.

I started writing songs years before I even recorded one. I never had thoughts of doing it professionally it was more of a hobby, but more and more I wrote the more I fell in love with. So I started teaching myself how to make beats so I can record my lyrics. Music is long road and sometimes it seems like you will never reach your destination, but I learned that you have to have perseverance and eventually you’ll get there.
