Tell us about your genre, concept and idea behind your music video and the song.

The genre is Pop/Rock with EDM spice. The idea behind the music video is the adventures. And the song is about always keeping the positive vibe, about dreaming no matter what, and always getting up for another round no matter what You have to face. We made this adventurous video about the life of musician on the road, we had two gigs in Riga so we grabbed our camera man/director and shot this 🙂

Tell us everything that we need to know about you as a musician and the ups and downs you have faced in the music business.

The most difficult thing is to live in Lithuania when it comes to original music appreciation, that is why we had to learn and perform a lot of cover songs, a lot of cover songs just to be able to make a living out of music and that is not a bad thing, but in Lithuania when it comes to original music if it’s not EDM or completely alternative thing, than the Lithuanian market is not for that, that is why we travel around the Europe a lot and perform in various clubs. I like to merge genres, that is what we did in “I Won’t Break Down”, it turned out to be a really good song. I perform acoustically a lot since we are still not very known band and I am the only one in my band who can schedule my time the way I like because I am an actor and musician. Others have their day jobs and that makes it even harder. But we still fight for our place under the sun and the further we go the better things are starting to happen to us.

Tell us about other members of your band, music producer, crew or music video director, how the song was recorded and how the music video was shot.

I have a very talented camera man/music video director, who can make a pretty decent video with 5 Euros budget. Also my band is very hard working people, we rehearse during the nights and in the morning they go to their jobs, but this is a dream we are working on and they are very dedicated, very good people, I am doing my best so our band could become big enough and we could start making a decent living out of it so they could dedicate all their time and energy to it.

.

.

.

Tell us how long you have been in the music industry, your experience and your future goal.

I have been in music industry for about 5 years, I had my ups and downs, right now everything is going to the brighter side. My future goal is Grammy and Oscar for movie soundtrack. Maybe a long shot, but that is what I am aiming for and that is why I formed a band.

.

Tell us what inspires you to write, compose and sing.

Life, love people, I get really attached to people, most of my songs is about me, them, our mutual life and our adventures together, we had some special moments on the road and I hope that we will have even more in the nearest future, and that would be a fuel for even more of our songs.

.

Tell us the secret behind making a hit song.

People must feel, I think that if the song touches You, it doesn’t matter if it’s pop, rock, EDM or anything else, if it has memorable chorus, hook or not, the song just has to touch people’s hearts and then it will become a hit.

Tell us how you write your lyrics, compose, sing and record in the studio. I usually mumble something on the melody, I don’t force composition, it just strikes me, I have enough songs written and it just keeps coming. When I am in a shower, driving a car or etc. I just grab my mobile phone and record what comes to mind. And When I am in a studio, I can write according to plan, but than I imagine myself in some certain situations, places and I can write on any topic.

Tell us about your happiest day and saddest day.

The saddest day I can’t even remember, most of my days when I am sad I am just numb, I have been working on my emotional intellect so I could maintain work vibe, so I don’t have saddest days anymore. I couldn’t even specify what is sadder than the other because everything is just different. And happiest days, I had a lot of happy days, a lot of sad days, which ones are which I can’t specify, like I said, every one of them is different.

Tell us how you will spend a million dollars.

First of all I would give some part to my parents who supported me always, no matter the situation, they deserve a good retirement, also give some amounts to my band members and my music video director, they work very hard and they deserve some awards, also I would invest in equipment, marketing and new song recording. After all, million dollar will end some day and I need to make sure that one million dollar earns me five more. And I would travel around the world a bit, with my band, making music videos and recording songs in various places so that traveling could earn some income too. All about reinvestment.
