Tell us your real names, country of birth, date of birth and childhood experience.

Childhood was primarily education focused, and of course, honing in on my musical abilities.

Tell us about your music career, your band name, musical background, experience and skills.

Music has always been part of my life. I grew up singing all the time, and knew that was what I was meant to do.  I studied classical piano and violin as a child and spent years with vocals coaches in my home town to learn how to harness the power of the voice and control it.

Tell us about your genre, concept and idea behind your music video and the song.

I’m in the pop world and pop culture is very dear to me.  For this video, I wanted to exemplify the feeling of freedom from the world.  To allow the freedom of expression and create a casual environment that reflects the idea of letting your guard down.

Tell us everything that we need to know about you as a musician and the ups and downs you have faced in the music business.

I’m a very hard worker and always the one in the driver’s seat of my career.  It is so imperative to me that who I am is mirrored in everything I do.   There are ups and downs in any career, but remembering that you, and only you, are in charge of your own path is extremely important.

.

Tell us about other members of your band, music producer, crew or music video director, how the song was recorded and how the music video was shot.

My producer and I are really good friends, and writing with him comes naturally.  I am also good friends with the director of the video, and he did an amazing job of bringing my vision to life.  I spent a week in the studio, doing late night sessions to record the track, and during the video shoot, we shot for 17 hours straight.  It was a long day and we had a full crew, but it was worth it!

.

Tell us how long you have been in the music industry, your experience and your future goal.

I’ve been in the shadows of the industry for some time now, but this year, it’s time to for me to break through as a solo artist. I want to create something legendary, something that can help people, and instill an idea of self-worth in my fans.  There is much bigger picture than just the music.

.

.

.

Tell us what inspires you to write, compose and sing.

I write based off of my own life.  I’ve felt a lot of pain, and a lot of happiness.  I write from the heart, because that’s the most real, unapologetic material.

.

Tell us the secret behind making a hit song.

The key to making a hit song is to write a viral hook, something that gets stuck in people’s’ head (melodically) and writing lyrics that are relatable to many people.  If you go through a breakup, people understand that pain and many people around the globe are in the same boat. Relatability is key.

.

Tell the kind of advice you will give to an upcoming artist.

I would say staying true to who they are; is the most important, and to never give up on yourself.

Elaborate on your music career, albums, songs, tours, recognition or awards you might have obtained.

Just released my single and music video for “Lost With You” and there’s more to come in 2018!

.

Tell us how you write your lyrics, compose, sing and record in the studio.

My lyrics are my story so it flows out when the pen hits the paper.  Recording is my favorite part of the process.  I like a dark studio so I can close my eyes and convey the energy of the song.

Tell us about your happiest day and saddest day.

I try to only have happy days, but on my absolute happiest days, I’m jamming out to awesome music, making someone smile and laughing a whole lot! On my saddest days, I like to keep to myself and reflect on my feelings.

Tell us how you will spend a million dollars.

I would start a non-profit for LGBT youth that created a place of safety, empowerment and understanding.
