I’ve been working on music for more than 8 years I started with poetry then I started rapping and started singing at church and in musicals when I was 15 and released my first mixtape at 17. Now that I’m 21, I have completed 3 mixtapes, 1EP, 2 compilation albums, and a full album.

I’m an indie hip hop artist that is versatile to hip hop most of the time considered alternative rap. I wrote this song to bring the emotion to the listener who have experienced this feeling and promote positive vibes.

As a poet it took me awhile to work on my delivery because I used to write too many words on songs and it didn’t fit. I’m learning to adjust my performance of my songs to match my writing.  I am working on my upcoming album and planning to make a name for myself and shock the doubters.

Mark the producer just started making beats and we linked up at Central Michigan University. I heard one of his beats and just started writing.

My goal is to influence people; I call myself D.Anonymous because when you hear the music it’s not about me, it’s about the message I’m delivering and it’s about who it’s speaking to.

I get inspired by the concept I decide for the song or the influence of people going through problems and getting their voice out there and promote positivity.

I usually will start writing instantly and find a connection to the beat or have a unique feeling.

I just want to tell the fans that life happens but the best thing to do is to fight it with being positive or overcoming obstacles to show how strong you are. The mind is strong and life is a mind game where the strong survives.

I have performed for many venues but my biggest accomplishment was finishing my first album “Ghosting” last year. It was amazing collaborating with so much talent and picking who was right for which song.
