Tell us about yourself.

I was born and raised in northern Greece, at the age of 11; I started to attend a music school and I learned to play the guitar and the piano. After I finished school I attended a music technology and sound engineering school and also attended point blank school through internet. Besides my studies I’m having a pretty normal lifestyle which includes clubbing, cinema, travels, hanging out with friends, gym, and lots of entertaining stuff. I try to have a variety on the things that I do so that I can avoid the routine.

Tell us about yourself as an artist.

As I mentioned above my music passion started early on in my life as I decided to study guitar and piano at a very young age and it was completely my decision. At the age of 14 somehow I took interest in software for music creation and I think that was it. I found out what I want to deal with for the rest of my life. As an artist I have a really intense living because it’s pretty awesome to do what you love but also really frustrating trying to make the right decisions and moves 24/7 in order to succeed and to keep on going in the right path. Most of my time I spend it in studio and djing at various venues.

Tell us about the genre of your music.

Actually I don’t tend to stick to a particular genre because exploring and evolving is really what I love in this business but if I had to choose a genre I would stick to dance music mostly. Although I tend to differentiate a lot from one song to another while trying to maintain my style and my aesthetics. I love to discover combinations of instruments that haven’t been used before and create new and unique sounds.

.

Tell us about the story behind your song.
I consider most of my songs to be optimistic and giving hope and motivation. Because I think that this is the way that I see the life. So this song is talking about the inner power that every human has inside that you should never give up on life and never stop using that power. The song was released by Panik Records which is one of the best labels in Greece and also entered Shazam’s Top 40 at the 100 most Shazamed songs for Greece.

.

.

.

Tell us the challenges you are facing as a musician.
The greatest challenge I would say is that you have to keep evolving and that you can never say now I know. Even the greatest musicians that lived on earth never stopped evolving and studying until the day they died. So trying to learn and evolve and also practising your skills on music is the biggest challenge you can have.

.

Tell us about the recording and production of the song.
I initially had the idea to combine an eastern flavor to the song even though I knew that it was a pop tune that’s why I came up with this violin sound which is actually a Middle East crafted violin with this unique sound. I firstly came up with the instrumental and then along with my singer we wrote the lyrics and vocal melody part.

Tell us the names of blogs, radio or TV stations that have supported you so far.
I could definitely name a few and I hope I won’t forget some Blogs: youredm.com, weraveyou.comedminsiders.com and  many more.

Radios: Phenomen radio ( Turkey ), Tdi Radio ( Serbia ), Athens Deejay ( Greece), Mad Radio  ( GReece),

KRXMradio (USA).

TV Stations: Mad TV ( Greece ), MTV ( Greece).

Tell us more about your music career, experience and future goal.
I intend to go as far as I can with music; from my experience so far is that the more you stick to it the bigger the chances are to experience even more beautiful and bigger things. My career so far I think is decent in my point of view because I can see some kinds of evolving since the day I began and also I had a really good lesson from all of it so far. My future goal is one and simple; never stop making music.

.

.

.

Tell us what inspires you to write, compose and sing.
I could inspire literally from almost anything a good or bad experience in my life. From a movie, a song, a passenger in the street, an amazing view… it is really about the moment and the way that I see the world, the exact moment.

.

.

Tell us the secret behind making a hit song.

I think that the most important thing in a hit song is to have a part in it that can grab the listener for the first time and make him remember it and stick to his/her head. There is no standard recipe for it but I think that once you’ve written you can tell that this is it.

.

.

.

Tell the kind of advice you will give to an upcoming artist.
The most important thing is that an upcoming artist or every artist should never forget the beginning of the whole thing; which is his or her motivation about it and that you should never let anything and anyone turn you against it and make you give up.

.

.

.

Elaborate on your music careers, albums, songs, tours, recognition or awards you might have obtained.

I haven’t released an album yet so I will focus more on the songs. Till now I have released over 7 original songs and lots of remixes that I can’t even remember the exact number. Some of my original songs have been included in compilations online but they have also been included in CD compilations that have been sold in CDs. Some of my songs have entered Shazam charts in Greece and Abroad and the highest number that I have achieved till now is no. 28 in whole Turkey. As for my touring / gigs till now I’ve mostly played all over Greece and some parties in neighbour countries like Bulgaria.

.

.

.

Tell us how you write your lyrics, compose, sing and record in the studio.
I actually stick to the thing that inspired me from the start and try to search and build around it!

I use a lot of improvisation like playing melodies constantly until I find what I’m looking for. Sometimes although it happens to have a melody coming up in my head somehow so the things are easier if it happens!

Name five biggest artists that you like.
Michael Jackson, Daft Punk, Amin Van Burren, David Guetta, U2, Red Hot Chilli Peppers.

.

.

.

Name the artists you have collaborated with before in your songs or artists you are willing to collaborate with in the future if you have the chance to do so.
Till Now all my original songs have been released with a very talented singer “Dim Gerrard” whom I consider as a brother. But in the future I intend to use female vocals in my songs. Apart from that I’ve make remixes for big artists like: LP, Elias, Kadebostany and many more. And more are about to come with same and with new ones.

Tell us about your happiest day and saddest day.

The happiest day would be a day that I’d write a good song, have a great party with my friends, making jokes all the time, and if I’m mostly with people that I love.

In a bad day I would probably have lots of nerves, I won’t be in a position for a normal conversation ( hahaha ) and I would try to work out in order to calm myself.

Tell us how you will spend a million dollars.
Hmm many things could happen with 1M but I would say that I would save an amount to cover all the mandatory needs, after that I would invest lots in my business and then I would spend a lot in travels.
