Keeana Kee is Latvian-born singer and a model , who’s recent debut tropical single “Coconut Rum and Coke” featuring Maffio was shortly followed by the steamy creation “You’re Real” that will definitely melt your heart.
“You’re Real” was recorded and produced in California by Sergio de Anda who originally comes from Spain which created a perfect bound for Keeana’s new single.
Keeana Kee’s “You’re Real” is all about love and appreciation.
Just thinking of a person who is always there for you and will never let you down can sometimes make you feel that it’s “Too Good to Be True” and you want reassurance that that person is real and is not just some fantasy myth.
Keeana was blessed to feel loved and in love on the day she wrote “You’re Real”. She has shown how grateful we should feel when we have somebody to love and are loved in return with her lyrics and wishes everyone to experience that kind of love in their lives.
Keeana Kee’s style is a combination of Pop and Soul with Spanish influence that brings integrity to her work that is refreshing and full of exotic taste.
When she began taking singing lessons, Keeana’s coach called her “kitten,” poking fun at her weak sound. But Keeana quickly found a soulful timbre that is often compared to Sia and Rihanna, and after moving to the UK began performing in bars and clubs around London, further developing her performance skills. She began to learn piano and guitar and write her own songs, inspired by her idols Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey and Beyonce.
Keeana began singing while lived in London. She performed live at local bars with the cover band while writing her own music.
In 2016 her dream to be a performer brought her to the US, where she began working on her music. Her first single “Coconut Rum and Coke” produced by Maffio was released in May 2017.
