Tell us your history.

As a kid I grew up moving a lot between Texas, Colorado, & Ohio with my Mom, Dad, & Little Sister. I ended up finishing my high school in Texas & being heavily influenced by Dallas’ sound. Sometime in 10th grade (2010) I sold my Martin Guitar my grandfather gave me and bought a home studio with the money that I collected. So ever since then it’s been nothing but recording & learning so many thing about myself & the industry. My grandfather “Charlie Hatchett” was inducted into the Texas Music Hall of Fame for the talent agency he owned & all of the work he put into Austin’s music scene including working with Stevie Ray Vaughn, BB King, The Eagles, ZZ Top, & many other house hold names. We can just say music is in the blood. I Grew up with instruments everywhere & played in multiple different bands as a kid. My music has brought me to many places but currently it’s in Los Angeles, California where I’m surrounded by nothing but incredible musicians & amazing weather. I’m currently working with artists like Fooly Faime (from Yung Nation), Diego Money, & Lil Twist. I’ve recently even crossed paths with Omar Linx which is super dope because he spreads a lot of wisdom. There’s a lot more than that to my life & history but that’s a little insight to my life. You’re welcome.

Describe yourself as an artist.

I’m like Play-Doh. Any beats that are thrown my way, no matter the feel, I can get something out to. I can be deep. I can be energetic. I can be anything in between. My studio sessions are hella energetic & fun. GOOD VIBES ONLY!

Hip-Hop, Rap, R&B, Future, EDM, (whatever genre I decide to form vocals to).

Tell us the story behind your song.

It gives the listener a care free feeling. The song is about being wild & rebellious.

.

.

.

Tell us the problems you are facing as a musician.

Money. That’s it. But day by day it’s better.

.

.

.

Discuss the recording and production of the song.

The song was recorded by Julian Garguilo in Dripping Springs, Texas at the Machine Shop (one of the coolest studios I’ve ever been to in Texas). Not to mention it’s on a beautiful piece of land. The production was done by the one & only Icon South here in LA where I currently am. I wrote the song in Down Town Austin, I recorded in Dripping Spring, Texas, & the best was produced in LA.

Elaborate on your music career, experience and future goals.

I’m working hard every day to learn more & more about what it means & takes to be a world recognized artist. It’s been amazing working with people I grew up listening to. The struggle is amazing & will be missed. My future goal: I want to buy my grandfather’s old ranch back that he sold before he passed away. Good times out there.
