Following the release of his chart topping debut ‘Burns Like Fire’, Sam has joined forces with Mean Recordings to deliver a searing new summer single, set to turn up the heat and set the charts on fire.

Produced by hit-maker Jamie Sellers and mastered at the iconic Abbey Road Studios in London, ‘Say Something’ is an emotionally-charged pop banger which packs a punch with its iridescent vocals, energetic character and spirited disposition.

‘Say Something’ was premiered by BBC Introducing earlier this March. In support of the songs release, Sam has just concluded his tour in Birmingham, London and Glasgow. Sam will also be touring this April in Canada, as well as playing at various events and world festivals throughout 2018.

Undertaking a new bearing, Sam’s new single aims to give his audience an insight into the ‘real Sam’; urging his “love for music to exist as the soul centre of his career”. After working on the production of ‘Say Something’, Sam Callahan explains his latest release to be the product of defining his own musical style; a conclusive sweet spot in forging the sound of the artist he is today.

Speaking ahead of the single release, Sam says that “after spending years creating and nurturing your true sound as an artist, there comes a time where it begins to just come naturally to you, something from the heart that works for you and your own personality. ‘Say Something’ was the first heave into a sound that is reflective of myself as an artist, and expressive of my own messages”.

After performing at huge-scale venues such as The X Factor Arena, O2 Arena and Wembley Stadium, Sam Callahan fires us into a massive year ahead with many live performances at shows and festivals listed for 2018.

Transfiguring a new wave of music, ‘Say Something’ is a deep reflection of something more individual, developing a heartfelt motion of life experiences and bold-natured love affairs. In a recent interview with Sam, he described his latest track as the anthem to the classic ‘one that got away’ story. “The essence behind the track stems from a relationship that never fully developed, because neither party had the guts to truly express how they felt. Subsequently, if two people were brave enough to speak out and ‘say something’, there could have been a different outcome”, Sam said.

Holding nevertheless true to his adoring personality, Sam Callahan remains the cheeky Essex boy who won the hearts of fans from all corners of the globe, hoping to now expand himself as an artist with the release of his hit new single, exposing his fans to the raw, kind-hearted character that is Sam Callahan.
