Discuss the relevance of social networking to music.

It’s so important personally, to connect with people who listen to my music because that is a very valuable part of me where the music stems from. I intend to spread a message, a very powerful message to be able to connect with people all across the universe. This is a universal message. It stems from a place of love.

Tell us how you record your song.

I recorded this at Smilo’s studio in Jersey City during a kickback. He pulled up the record and wrote to it in 15 minutes. In hours vocal tracking was done.

.

.

Tell us the story behind the song.

It’s about synthetic love and letting yourself get lost in a toxic love, but you find it addictive. There is a balance of light and dark, but in this song it is based on physical sexual, more physical than everything. The love makes me feel high. You’re under the influence of love but you are never coming down.

My first performance ever at 13 years old. I performed at an open mic at the music store. I grew up in the music store. There were 5 people and most of them worked in store. Everyone went crazy and made me feel lit.
