Discuss how you develop your melody.

Eleni loves to start with the words. The words and concept of the song bring out the melody for her.

Tell us your source of inspiration.

Love. Everyday moments. Inspiration sparks at any time.

.

Tell us the most memorable experience in your music career.

Inukami Productions is a new company and just began releasing music this year (2019.) Eleni is the first featured artist we have collaborated with. Finding the talent, making the music come to life, and releasing it to the world has been a great experience.

Discuss how you build your song.

Hector Delgadillo, who is the creator of Inukami Productions, has been writing songs from his life experiences. He shares them with his co-producer, Nels Jensen, and the artist, Eleni. Together they discuss the concept and lyrics of each song and build the sound around that.

Tell us how you ensure your music inspires others.

We love club and pop music. We aim to inspire all the people going out to dance and catch feels. We think of them when writing our songs.

Elaborate on melody and rhythm.

Melody and rhythm are hand in hand. They set a tone, give you a feeling. It’s forever thrilling that we can bring out every kind of emotion with them.

Share your recording experience with us.

Eleni is the first singer we’ve recorded. She records at The Pie Studios in Pasadena, CA with our producer, Nels Jensen. They have a wonderful flow coming up with all the parts from the arrangement, music, and vocals. Hector oversees the production and directs the overall creation.

Tell us the most difficult part of the recording.

Sometimes you can get in your head too much, overthink the technical side and forget to be in the song with no fear. That’s why having a team that works well together and respects each other is key. They help each other stay on track and keep their confidence.

.

Tell us how you build up your composition.

Hector is good at having a pop arrangement in mind when he writes his lyrics. It’s easy to see the song when reading it.

Discuss the relevance of music.

Music says things for us. Music connects us. Music will be forever, even if one day all the lights and power go out and the internet disappears, we will still be able to make music and get through life. We always have.
