I was born into a deeply religious family. Growing up, all secular music was forbidden. My father once locked me in the closet for listening to Britney Spears ‘Toxic’…it also did not help that I wore the sturdiest costume and perfected her dance. It was in that dark closet that I realized I needed to come out and make music.

Billy Wild, is a producer and artist from Vaughan, Ontario. He has been writing, recording, producing, directing, and editing music videos since 2008, working with artists in rock, pop, and hip hop.
Wild gained attention in 2014 with his project Uninvited Guests, in which he used classical pieces by Canadian composer Glenn Gould and remixed his work with contemporary hip-hop and pop music samples. Uninvited Guests and Wild was featured in Now Magazine, The Toronto Star, and the NY Times for his work with the Glenn Gould estate, helping solidify his name as a rising Canadian producer. Uninvited Guests showcased at CMW, the Glenn Gould variations festival, where he was invited to perform by the Gould estate and the University of Toronto, and a Universal Music showcase in Ottawa at the Canadian Nature Museum.
In 2017 Wild begun writing and recording his debut solo album titled ‘’All Nighters’’. It was time for Billy to step out from behind the board as a producer and to showcase his talents as a songwriter and artist.
‘’All Nighters’’ was inspired by Wild’s nocturnal lifestyle, and has been described as an eclectic, genre-bending mix of alternative, pop, hip hop, and rock where his influences of Beck, Danger Mouse, and Jack White are worn on his sleeve.
Wild’s ‘’All Nighters’’ makes you feel like you are up way too long past your bedtime and will simultaneously give you the urge to dance.
