Ira Wolf is an independent folk singer/songwriter originally from Montana, currently based in Nashville, TN. She uses her melodies and lyrics to connect on an intimate and vulnerable level with her audience, and is inspired by each new experience her adventurous life has given her thus far.
After briefly studying at University of Montana in Missoula, and Berklee College of Music in Boston, Ira left school in pursuit of something bigger. She traveled the globe for a year, writing, recording, and learning about the world and herself. Shortly after, she took her journey south to Nashville in hopes of a new adventure where she could learn more about writing and the music business.
After taking on the new folk project in early 2014, Ira Wolf has spent much of her time collaborating with some of Nashville’s top writers and musicians and finished her first, second, and third tours in 2014. She has plans to continue touring through 2015.
Ira’s debut album (Fickle Heart) and music video were released September 4th, 2014. The album is available on iTunes, BandCamp, Spotify, and all other major music sources.
