Tell us your real names, country of birth, and childhood experience.
Peace, I’m Jeremy “Loner” Lewis. I was born and raised in New Orleans…
I was the quiet, bookworm kind of kid. When I wasn’t in school, I was writing, drawing, or training in karate.
My mother wasn’t an affectionate woman but she taught me discipline and hustle. Above all she wanted me to be strong mentally and physically to prepare me for life as a black man in America.
Tell us your academic qualification.
I made it one semester in college. Unfortunately, I enrolled the same year Katrina hit. I evacuated, got back into school, and then four months later nearly lost my leg in a motorcycle accident. I still plan to finish my bachelor’s in Psychology.
Elaborate on your music career, band name, experience, and skills.
I’ve been creating since I was 12. I always did it for the love of it. I wasn’t big on the fame and fortune aspect. It wasn’t until 2017 that I decided to pursue this professionally.
I was inspired by the feedback from everyone who showed love and interest in my music.
Since 2017 I’ve released six singles and videos and went on a promotional tour around the country. I bring a classic hip-hop sound and lyrical skill with new-age energy and image.
Tell us your genre and idea behind your music video or song.
Hip Hop is the genre, the idea is that too many of us look to social media amongst other things for acceptance or validation. I simply do what I love for me, regardless of what anyone “likes”.
Tell us how to run a record label based on your experience as an artist.
I would run it like a partnership. Develop artists creatively as well as their business savvy.
When things are transparent everyone can stay on the same page and progress together.
Tell us how you are promoting your music.
I promote through a network of DJ pools, internet radio, social media, and touring.

Loner Lewis, an up-and-coming American hip hop artist creating a sound that is regarded as a “breath of fresh air” for the hip hop enthusiast.
Passionate about diverse musical production, self-sufficiency, and originality – After establishing himself in the one-and-only San Antonio area, Loner’s music is now available for listening on major music distribution platforms and blogs, much to the anticipation of listeners countrywide.
Borne from over 15 years of passion for producing, writing, and performing hip hop music that is a deviation from the norm today, Loner, together with his producers, Loner Feaux and Loner Fit, has created a hip hop entity, LonerEra, that’s being mentioned on radio channels across the country.
“I’m passionate about mixing things up and providing listeners with a different kind of sound than they expect today,” said Loner. “That, coupled with my undoubted passion for musical cultivation, is what drove me to pen and complete my first official single, Breathe.”
Loner’s first full-length album, Midnight Loner, was released 04/20 of 2017 featuring tracks like Never Again, Midnight, Cruise Control, Fast or Slow, Reflections, and more. It is a 12-track album in total.

Explain the story behind the song.
I linked up with super producer Rami Beatz and booked a flight to Los Angeles. We laid the track at The Brewery studio in Burbank, California. Once I heard the beat, it was a wrap. Rami put his touch on it and the rest was history.

Elaborate on the song and music video.
I wanted to display my lyrical ability and still have a message. The video was meant to be fun, like back in the day when it was just about the music, and our love of it.
Tell us how long you have been in the music business, your experience, and your future goal.
I’ve been on the grind since 2017. I plan to simply share my gift with whoever chooses to receive it. I want to make an impact more than I want to make money.
Tell us what makes you unique from others.
My sound is like no other, I am someone you can relate to yet still exotic enough to keep you interested. I have balance, and that’s rare.

State the official date of release.
State your artist’s name and elaborate on it.
Loner Lewis, it’s more of a character trait than a name but I’ve always been most comfortable alone. But the deeper meaning behind it is I am a firm believer in self-reliance and being the example. Loners are leaders and aren’t afraid to take risks in pursuit of their goals, regardless of the opinions of others.
State the title of the song and the meaning.
The title of the song “For The Love” simply means that I don’t do things for superficial reasons, everything that I do I do it out of passion and love as should everyone else.
State the title of the album and the reason for choosing the title.
The title of the album will be “Modus Operandi” or M.O. for short. It means that this is my forte, my specialty, my expertise. Hip Hop is my M.O.
