Discuss your personality.
To be honest I think my personality is all over the place. One minute I’m bouncing off the walls and then later I turn that off and just be chilling, quiet in my own little world.

Brief us about you as a musician.
As a musician, I am just a regular guy who likes making stuff. Whatever comes to my mind whether it is the past, present, or future I make it and if it’s up to my standards I release it, everything is done in my bedroom.

Go into details on what has changed in your life for choosing music as a career.
Nothing in my life really changed for me to choose music. I’ve been writing since I was 8 and made my first beat at 11 so I was always doing it, I’m 22 now. I just love making exactly what I hear in my head through the day. That’s the tightest shit ever.

Tell us the benefits and drawbacks of choosing music as a career.
The changes since choosing music have shown people that I am serious. I’m no longer just that kid telling people about it in the halls of the school. I’ve been getting recognized for my talents since then also.

Tell us how you will manage fame as an established artist.
I know managing fame as an artist can be kind of tricky. So I’ll just probably take time away sometimes. I know I’ll be in the spotlight but when I work on my albums I’ll be locked away, so I think I should be fine.

Elaborate on the storyline of this song.
This song is about the parallels I think me and Lonzo Ball have. We’re both young and have quite a few critics telling us what we should be doing and that they don’t believe in us. I tried to use metaphors to convey that message. It’s also about self-belief because if you don’t believe in yourself who will?

Tell us the means of connecting you and purchasing your music online.
If anyone is interested you can connect me on Instagram, Twitter, Soundcloud, Facebook, and YouTube; all being @RashadODM, my website is and I’m on streaming services or anywhere else I’m on there as RASHAD RELOADED.

Let us know the greatest moment of your music career.
My greatest moment is every time I get a message or hear anyone say that they love my music. I also had my first radio interview not too long ago too so that was cool.

Tell us the highest amount of money you have ever received from your music career and how it happened.
The highest amount I have received so far was $500 from producing the beat, verses, and selling my music on iTunes, Apple Music, Spotify, etc.

Tell us how you interact with your fans.
My fans and I relate strictly because just like them in certain ways I’m an outsider and that’s fine. Some people may think I’m weird cause I still watch SpongeBob and spend most of my days drawing ideas and I believe my fans can relate to that. I try and show them it’s okay to be yourself and then you’ll meet people who actually care about you.

Tell us what you will like to change if you have the chance to turn back the hands of time.
Nothing. I wouldn’t want to change anything from my past.

Tell us the most important people that have boosted your music career and how you met them.
I haven’t really met anyone that has boosted my career but meeting and giving Big Sean an iPod full of my music helped me feel like I was close to where I want to be. The other would be Tyler, The Creator we have never met but I study him. I like the way he moves in this business and he helps me to want to think outside of the box whenever I sit down and create. Plus he’s the only person I can think of that is doing exactly everything that I want to do.

Brief us on what you have in mind before considering music as a career.
It’s always been music. I’ve been doing it damn near my entire life. When I was younger I used to have notebooks full of song Ideas, fake tracklist, and cover arts. It’s kind of funny thinking about and seeing it come to fruition like this.

Name the artists that have influenced the world.
The two main artists to influence the world in this generation, in my eyes would be Kendrick Lamar and Tyler, The Creator. They’re both creative and proving you can do whatever you want. Kendrick has gone deeper in politics and racism and a person with his star power doing that is dope. Tyler on the other hand is what some people would call different or weird. He proved that creating and doing what you like is possible and I feel that is essential for this generation. Many more people would be so happy if they weren’t afraid to be themselves.

Tell us about your moment of rejection as a musician and how you are able to cope and move on.
In previous years I use to try and send my music to blogs or people in my city and they would always say it wasn’t good or that it sucked. It never really bothered me because I liked creating that much. Now some of those same people are giving me the respect that I have always wanted.

Tell us the most negative comment you have ever received about your music.
The most negative probably would be when I was 13 I posted this song on YouTube and this guy commented that it was his worse musical experience ever lol. He claimed it made his ears bleed or something hahaha and said that I should never do anything pertaining to music ever again.

Tell us how to become a famous artist.
I’ll do it by staying consistent musically and with myself so whenever a potential fan comes across me or my music they’ll fall in love with me or my tunes.

Tell us how you plan to make an impact on society.
The impact I plan to have is deeper than music. I want to go back to my old high school and show the kids in my town you can become whatever you want. I want to start a foundation and show that giving back is just as cool as stunting or flexing. I want to help people believe in their true selves again.

Elaborate on the recording process of this song.
I drop a song every Sunday and wanted to drop one finally with just bars and no chorus so I just made the beat and recorded it in my bedroom and here we are now.
