My name is Lauren Kube. I was born in Virginia in 2002. For as long as I can remember music has always been a huge part of who I am.

I got into performing at school talent shows, local talent competitions, and many more performance opportunities.
Tell us about your genre, concept and idea behind your music video and the song.
I like to classify my music as soulful pop. My recent song and music video are about the recent tragic events that happened in Charlottesville, Virginia. It is about the unification of love and fighting for good as one. Gordon Humphrey produced the music video and Mo Safren produced the song. We shot the video at the Culpeper LOVE sign and the Heather Heyer Memorial in Charlottesville.

My dream is to make an impact in the music business and to get a positive message out there to everyone.

I have many influences when writing and making music. Adele, Alicia Keys, and Kelly Clarkson are some of my professional influences but I am also motivated and influenced by world events and everyday life situations.

I’d say the secret to writing a hit song is writing about something that matters and people can relate to. It’s important to use your voice for the good.

All of my fans are extremely supportive and there are so many people who have helped me get to where I am today.
