Ivar, a musician and songwriter, has been a member of several bands but works independently today.
He was born in Iceland on a small volcanic island in the year when the Beatles released their first album. When he was ten years old, he and his family moved to escape the volcanic eruption.
At the same age, he learned his first guitar chords. That was the beginning of his musical career. Ivar and his friends founded their first band when he was about thirteen years old. They named the band “Make It” and often played at school dances. He and his friends would rehearse in the basement of his parents’ house. Many musicians rehearsed with them there. The best known of them was the Icelandic musician, Bjork.
As a teenager, Ivar studied both the classical guitar and the electric guitar. He later took some private classical piano lessons. For a while afterwards, he taught students to play the keyboard and guitar. Ivar went on to graduate from university with a B.Ed. degree.
As a schoolteacher, he has taught music education at public primary schools for several years.
Music is Ivar’s life and passion. He is a songwriter, a singer, and a guitar and keyboard player. The musical genre he plays could probably be classified as indie pop music. In addition, he enjoys listening to all kinds of music. Some of the musicians he appreciates include Bach, Paco de Lucia, Santana, U2, Bryan Ferry, Coldplay, and Adele. More than anything else, he enjoys producing music and playing for those who enjoy his music.
Ivar won The Akademia Music Award for Best Pop Song for ‘All The Colours’ in the April 2018 Akademia Music Awards!

Sirius XM artist Lisa Addeo has 3 songs currently playing on Siriusly Sinatra. She plays and sings the Great American Songbook, jazzy pop piano and delivers soulful vocals with a sultry swoon.
In addition to being heard on Siriusly Sinatra, her self-released tribute to Frank Sinatra and her holiday CD can be heard on her own Pandora radio station. The combination of her arrangements plus her piano and vocal talents makes her stand out in a musical crowd.
Besides Siriusly Sinatra and Pandora, her music can be found everywhere from iTunes to Spotify to Amazon and more. She is a member of SAG-AFTRA, Musicians Union Local 47 and ASCAP.
Lisa broke attendance records as a young adult playing piano alongside the legend Liberace as his protégé́ at Radio City Music Hall.
Fans describe her as a ‘world-class musician’ and say her music is ‘tenderly intimate, exquisitely arranged masterpieces, a joy to listen to.’
One fan wrote, “Prepare to fall in love with Lisa’s music. It will take you to a place you’ll want to stay.”
Review: Lisa Addeo is a piano player, singer, and songwriter whose tranquil works at times bridge new age, jazz, and easy listening. A protégé of Liberace who performed with the legend at Radio City Music Hall several times in her young adulthood, Addeo started playing the piano at age six. She began performing publicly by age nine and would go on to earn a degree in composing from the Grove School of Music in Los Angeles. Her debut album, 1997’s In a Heartbeat, was a tribute to Frank Sinatra on which she covered mostly 20th century American standards with her trio. In contrast, 2000’s Hotel California included a version of the Eagles hit but featured mostly original songs. Subsequent releases included a Christmas album titled Spirit of the Holidays, Musical Inspirations, and Live at the Kerr, recorded with her band at a show in Scottsdale, Arizona. I Just Can’t Stop Loving You arrived in 2010, and 2012’s Whispering Souls offered ten delicately performed original instrumentals.

Kivanc Kilicer started his professional music career as the multi-talented frontman of the hard rock band Element in 2007.
After composing and releasing 2 studio albums with the band, he focused on his pending international solo project Gravity, where he found himself exploring various combination of contrast tunes and blending them with pure hard rock sound.
With a hybrid of metal, electronic and symphonic music and with its mind-bending lyrics written by famous English poet John Dryden on 1668, “Dew on Roses”, first EP of Gravity project, harbors many of the similar feelings shared by all of us: A special awakening moment in our short lives.
Other tracks of the EP, “Devil’s Thought” and “One of a Kind” have quite original and sharp riffs accompanied with quite progressive tempos.
RECKLESS CREATIVE FORCE
While releasing two albums, various music videos and a soundtrack for a movie with Element, Kivanc had always in mind to come out with something reflecting his restless soul and energy. Soon he found his head banging harder for some cool guitar riffs, energetic drums and smoking solos.
The band members – fellow drum genius Gursu Erden and rocksolid bassist tone meister Murat Cum – met in 2010 while recording for Element. Gursu and Kivanc have been playing together in various bands since 1996.
Recorded in Studio FM, “Dew on Roses” was created with progressive riffs over a symphonic base. After its cinematic suspense intro and inviting vocals, the mysterious reprise harmony will have you singing along with your fist in the air.
While the guitars of “Devil’s Thought” definitely make you feel the hard rock punch along with the blazing riffs and its passionate solo, “One of a Kind” fuels you with energy with its infectious chorus and its creative edges. Vocals engage the listener thoroughly through the tracks and pump tempo to he heart.
FINDING HIS WAY…
“Unable to contain the everlasting melody and riff resource inside of me, I couldn’t just enjoy listening to and covering music. Therefore I decided composing my own songs in 2005. First and second albums were mainly my compositions played with Element, and the results were satisfactory in national perspective. But my main interest has always been a blend of progressive rock and neoclassical symphony, both of which require special attention on emotions, balance and clarity”
Having a solid experience on VSTs and DAWs, Kivanc created his home studio in 2010, which took him to a new level of non-stop creation. He worked through all processes of composing his songs including writing the lyrics, recording the instruments, singing the vocals, and doing his own mixes. Strapped down under the genre limitations of local record companies, favoring more traditional pop/rock sound and following different musical expectations of former band members, he decided to proceed on his own.
“It was another level for me, where I finally created my first solo tracks at an international scale. A brand new experience, a brand new world”
Kivanc and his fellow band members clearly love to experiment adding new sounds on progressive rock licks while keeping the energetic drums with emotionally driven lyrics. What you get is candid level of attitude, clean rock sound, not to mention the virtuoso level of musicianship.
